Phylon Sole

Phylon material's biggest features are lightweight, flexible, and has good cushioning.  Phylon foam is also called Twice Foam EVA, which is made of EVA Foam Pellets that are compressed then heat expanded & then finally cooled into a mold.  This compression molded foam is sculpted into a variety of designs to accommodate the designers idea.  EVA is also very lightweight, soft and comfortble, but the performance and flexibility in terms of cushioning is far smaller than Phylon, and the cost for EVA is much lower.
